Three interviews.
First is pre-screening with recruiter, second was technical challenge, followed by webcam interview with their Senior Developer and General Manager.
Then third interview with Scrummaster and Product owner.
After passing technical challenge, technical interview went quite well. I've made a small mistake in the challenge, however Senior developer was polite and had constructive criticism which is a very common part of day-to-day devs life. In general everything went well.
However can't comment anything good about the rest of their team members I had conversations with.
Very arrogant approach, most questions are with catches and when you fail to reply in the way they expect you, react negatively or shake heads.
During last interview they had total lack of respect to the interviewee, such as typing on a keyboard when interviewee talks, making it very difficult to focus.
During answer to a question where I see myself in 5 years (replied that I don't make such long-term plans, especially in IT industry where everything changes very quickly), one of them interrupted and said that this is a wrong answer and not exactly how they picture a successful developer.
Sometimes they were glancing or typing something at / for each other on their computer screen in the middle of conversation.
I've had about 13-15 interviews that period or probably a hundred during my entire career, and never had such an abysmal behavior from any interviewers.
Worst experience ever.
