Did a phone screen with the development director. He asked basic questions about programming in C#. They then brought me in for a in person interview that consisted of an office tour and meeting C level execs. Then I did an panel interview with other developers where they determined if my skills were adequate to work there. After which I did a programming test for 30 minutes and then a follow up with the director where he asked if I thought I would want to work there and what my salary requirements were. Found out a couple days later what there offer was. They initially tried to low ball me and I ended up doing a per hour contract rate after which they converted me to salary 3 months later.
