Applied once. No call. Twice no call. Coworker from previous job was working there and once my resume was referred I got a call. Seems like reference is the only real way into the company . This makes it seem like an unfair practice as they only hire people who they have previously known.

Interview
They will ask you a lot of questions, some may not seem relevant to the job. Just be open an honest. Don't lie about things you don't know about. Don't be thrown off by a question that doesn't seem relevant to the position.
