Four rounds of interviews. A phone screen, two panel interviews, and an HR interview. The final three interviews were back to back. The questions were mainly behavioral with one practical question.

Multistep meetings with teammates and key leaders. Dedicated hiring managers as well as company functional groups. Questions were part experience based and part behavioral. Questions asked include:
-Interest in solar space
-Behavioral interview questions about work practices and personal conduct
-Familiarity with concepts and basic skills which apply to sector and are important to company
-Personal habits/cultural fit questions; company has open and outdoorsy culture with startup vibe
