I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Sojo Industries (Langhorne, PA) in Mar 2026
Interview
The interview process is extremely long. 4 virtual interviews + 1 on-site. This is ridiculous especially when you are working part time. The interviewers started out friendly, but then turned condescending and disrespectful. Was scoffed at for talking about my current industry (to which they had no experience in).
I asked questions about how the role fits into the organization multiple times to multiple people. I received non-answers from all of them. Sojo does not seem ready to expand and grow as they say they are, I would wait to join this company.
These were all huge red flags for me

Interview
The interviews were necessarily hard but they had me do 3 rounds of interviews and gave the impression that they were very interested just to tell me they promoted internally for the position before the last step in the interview process
