first, you will take an exam, which by the way involves Western lingo (penny, dime, nickel, etc) given Sojitz is an international company. second, you are interviewed by a panel of three. then, you wait for the result that took at least 3 weeks

Detailed interview asking about the experiences, achievements of past and current role. Career aspirations, goals was discussed. Hiring managers were very specific on their questions and approach. Likes the way it was conducted and quickly decided.
