Interview
4-5 steps of interview which may long for month or two. First interview is to answer on questions about basics of software development - knowledge of algorithms and technologies. You may describe sorting and searching algorithms, COM or .NET technologies, etc. Second interview is about software development processes, like testing and writing solid code. Other interviews are about to talk with team managers and team leads and answer to technical and personal questions.
