I first spoke over the phone with a recruiter who talked about the benefits and the job opportunity at Softrax. After that I had a phone screening with current marketing manager. He first gave me a brief introduction about what Softrax does, the industry, and the history of the company. He explained the company culture and daily responsibilities of the job. I was offered to come for an in person interview the VP of sales and marketing. I met with him first and reviewed my skills and resume. I addition I also met with executive team. They asked more general questions related to why I'm looking for this position, what experience I had related to the position. They discussed with me their experiences at Softrax which really helped in getting to know the company more. After that I heard the next week that they offered me the position!
