had an interview end of October, was told a second interview will be scheduled. Heard nothing so I followed up and was advised they were reviewing internal candidates with more experience (understand also interviewing within). Again did not hear back and followed up and was told I would hear back. To this day, still no updates on this role or acknowledgment. I would suggest not mentioning a second interview if not clear on next steps and would provide updates to candidates who have had an interview. Does not leave a good impression and would not be applying to any new roles of interest in the future. Unfortunate as they have awards for best place to work.
