I can simply say, worst interview experience ever. I am a former employee of one of the best IT company of our country. Left the job for family reasons. After about 3 years, I was searching for an entry level job, got a call from a consultancy regarding job opening in Java profile. They asked me very basic technical questions in the f2f interview. Then they called me next day for their 2nd round of interview. They didn't even mention if that was HR round or something else. So I asked what round it was. They just said it was 2nd round. Didn't bother explain really. My point is that if my salary expectation was too high for the company or anything else that they didn't like about me they should have told so politely. But unfortunately the interviewer was not that polite person. His behaviour was so bad that I don't think he qualifies to be an interviewer. The questions he asked about my previous experiences may shock you.
After almost 2 months, again I received a call from another agency regarding job opening in Softcell for similar position. I told the agency person that I had been there for interview before and hence told that guy to ask his client if they are interested to take another interview so soon. The agency person contacted softcell and scheduled interview next day. There was the same guy to take my interview. When the security person went to tell him that someone has come for interview, he just peeked from his cubicle and told the security person to tell me that he is not interested to take my interview. He didn't even bother to show the decency to come in person to tell me something politely like they can't take another interview in 3 months or something else. If this is how they treat candidates, I can't imagine how bad they behave their employees. So my suggestion to you guys, stay away from this company if you care about your self respect and save your effort for some better company.
Added some questions from the 2nd round of the first interview.
