The interview process was easy. It involved English language skills and specific technical skills for the program. The intern program is promoted to junior or pre-junior developers, although some of the interview questions were referred to the upper junior level. In the end, I would say they do not have any points barrier for passing the interview selection but is more if the candidate has the base, then on the next online interview, they would evaluate candidates' willingness to learn and how they fit actually within the company culture. Overall, it was a positive interview experience.
