1. Behavioural interview with the HR (1 hour)
- Was very informative in terms of the team, the company, work conditions, etc.
- HR genuinely tried to give me all the necessary information to pass the interview, including materials to prepare for the technical interview, a SoftServe CV template to improve my CV before sending it to the PM, and detailed answers to all my questions.
2. Tech interview (30 minutes)
- Short, including a couple of theoretical questions and a couple of SQL challenges.
- An opportunity to ask PM some more project specific questions.
