There were 2 parts in the process.
First an online interview with the team manager, team leader and hr. I was asked about my resume and personal job-related projects. There was also a series of questions on a programming language required for the job, with questions starting of easy and getting gradually more difficult.
They explained the role and the team process thoroughly and provided time to answer my questions.
Second part was a face-to-face interview with the team leader. I was asked a bit more complex programming and architecture related questions.
Generally it seemed they focused most on the team fit and the candidate's will/drive to work on the specific role.
Everyone was super nice and polite.
