4 times of interviews. Resume has to be in Japanese for the application. No need for good English skill. Software skill requires some basic ones. Soft skill is also important.
The interview process is firstly with HR, and then techinical interview for 1 ~2 rounds, and final interview with the director of the organization.
And there will be a offer meeting if you pass.
