It was explained to to me that I was one of 33 candidates chosen for the first, of 4 interviews, and 5 would be chosen to move on to the next round. The interviewer specified that my resume made it clear I was qualified, but she wanted to ensure the person hired was a solid culture fit. She asked questions specific to me, not the standard STAR method answer type questions. It was a very enjoyable experience; Soda Health obviously cares about their company culture and employees.
