Interview
Initial telephone screen call following by a cafe to face interview with the resourcing manager and a member of the senior leadership team. Both fantastic and I enjoyed the interview. Relaxed style of interview yet they asked the right relevant but challenging questions of my experience and how it fits to the position I was interviewing for.

Interview
Spoke to two of the recruitment team in separate calls. Both calls appeared to be very positive discussions. Was asked to provide availability for next stage. Email sent with availability.

Interview
It was a fairly informal two-stage interview, which I felt made me feel at ease. I have met my two future directors in London and we discussed the future role. Follow up conversations took place with HR.
