I met with multiple senior executives across the organization for long conversations about the challenges facing the organization as well as the opportunities ahead. I didn't have any homework to do, but was expected to have some detailed understanding of the business and their product.

Interview
One engineer and one lead asked free response technical questions. It takes about 30 minutes to one hour. Before this interview, I think there was a resume interview, which took about the same time.
Sent an email to schedule an interview. I promptly responded with dates of availability and they did not respond until two weeks later. The interviewer was very unprofessional and asked me if I really wanted to apply for this position. I responded with, 'yes, I would like to continue my application process for the job I applied for.' I did not hear anything back.
