Social Links interview questions

Very odd. The interviewer was like 20 something and robotic, kept looking at her phone and didn’t blink through entire interview. Mentioned how the company was all a “family” which felt very exclusive and doesn’t seem to be helping with the modernization of the company vibe. It felt like she was reading from a script without using contextual information to conduct the interview properly. She gave a company timeline which she never followed up on. Half way through I decided to just end the interview. The company site shows the outsourced vibe pretty well, they appear to have very little diversity within the team/company profile or people on the team with native understanding of western culture.

The hiring process consisted of screening interview with HR, then with the hiring manager who asked about past experience and skills. After the interview I had to sign the NDA (which ,by the way, was not counter-signed by them) and they assigned a practical task which we debriefed in another meeting. After the practical task meeting they told that they'd come back by the end of the following week – they did not. I had to follow up to hear back from them – they once again told they'd provide feedback until the end of the following week – it's been over 1.5 months and I haven't heard anything. This is frustrating experience, given that I've put my time into interviews and the task to get 0 feedback in return. I would not recommend applying if you don't want to get your time wasted. They also claim they will go IPO in 2-3 years – be aware it's a bait. Internal processes seem to messy at the moment, the hiring manager couldn't answer basic questions about commission structure, quota attainment in the team – was providing very vague answers with excuse they're moving fast and they're still building internal processes.
