Social Justice Collaborative interview questions

I had a phone interview and was hired while on the call. Even if you do not have a lot of experience your willingness to learn is what is important.

The interview was a pleasant experience. It centers around your interest in immigration / asylum. I got the feeling your interest and passion counts more than your experience may, which goes to show their dedication to their cause. They were great with their communication, e-mailing you and scheduling.
