The interview left me with concerns regarding the preparation and role understanding of the Talent Acquisition specialist. Many of the questions did not appear aligned with the position, and attempts to explain relevant experience and industry context did not seem to bridge the gap in understanding. This made it difficult to have a constructive discussion about my qualifications and the role itself.
A more informed and well-prepared screening process would provide a significantly better candidate experience and a more accurate assessment of potential fit.
