I applied via LinkedIn, and a week later, I got an invitation for the 1st interview with the hiring manager. It was a 45-minute conversation where we discussed my previous experience, soft skills and knowledge about the company and industry. The interviewer was very relaxed and energetic, and she made me feel comfortable. At the end of the interview I asked how was the overall impression where the hiring manager was positive and didn't mention any concerns. What made this experience negative was that 2 days later, I got a classic automated rejection email without any feedback on the reason for the decision. Even after I followed up and requested some more info, I didn't receive any feedback. This is frustrating as it doesn't provide any input on which candidates can improve and reflect.

A call with the recruiter, very basic questions. And they i joined the 1st stage with the hiring manager. She was very nice and calm. She wanted to know how do i get my leads, how do I priority them, etc. the thing is I got rejected but they didn’t mention why in their email.
