Interview
The process is: screening online interview, personality metrics test, follow up with a HR Specialist and then a final in person interview. The process is long due to the government aspect but fair and balanced.

Interview
The normal interview went well they were going to hire me.
Then they put me through to a psychologist who tried to manipulate me into revealing details about past trauma and my family and background, the psychologist also laughed in my face when I said I had covid during the iq test but could supply other test from other companies.
And was quite delusional and would change answers to questions to suit her narrative.
This happened about 4 times that I counted in the interview
I am also aware of her probing a co-worker of mine for an hour in the same way leaving him exhausted and taking the job with my current company
They also shared personal information about me with the sub contacting company’s working on the same project

They asked me what was interesting about being in the top 1 percent of risk aversion.
They tried to manipulate me in to revealing details about my niece and family.
And personal history
good interview process i really enjoyed and wanted to know more about the company loved it a lot and liked it so much overall and liked the process overall and needed to talk more
