      Community Manager Interview

      9 Sept 2024
      Anonymous interview candidate
      San Mateo, CA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I interviewed at Snowflake (San Mateo, CA)

      Interview

DO NOT FALL FOR THIS OPEN ROLE. I’ve spoken to two other people who also have interviewed for this (community people are close) and the hiring manager is seeking ideas, not an actual hire. She does not seem to know how to manage a team though she seemed kind. People are kind in the process but they will waste your time and energy just to not end up hiring anyone. Look at how long the role has been open….its been six months or more.
