Many steps: 1) online application. If you get past that screen, they'll email you shortly (within 2 weeks or so) to come in for step 2. 2) In-person test. Bubble test, takes about 1 hour, in a room with a dozen or so others. 3) If you're one of the high scores, you get an in-person interview. 4) If you pass the interview, you get a "conditional offer" 5) Drug test 6) Polygraph test - takes a few hours 7) Psychiatric evaluation - takes another few hours (in Seattle) and is incredibly invasive. 8) Another written test immediately after the psych eval 9) A few weeks later you get a phone call with either an offer or rejection.
