Interview process was simple initial interview is a phone call by recruiting followed by a video interview with a “manager”.
Questions were simple mostly tell be about time when you_______.
This company has very high unrealistic metrics that sent up red flags as soon as they were mentioned. “Manager” that conducted the 2nd interview looked like they just rolled out of bed wearing the same shirt for over a week, zero professionalism or care regarding appearance during the interview.
When asked more detailed questions about pay, metrics and overtime was not given a straightforward answer or was referred back to HR who will again refer you back to management.
Job seemed very high stress with unrealistic metrics and would cost you your job if not maintained.
Will be let go after your 90 days if numbers aren’t met.
Company seems to just care about the numbers. If you want to enjoy your job and have a work life balance look elsewhere.
