It was a one day process and a very positive experience too.
Consists of three rounds;
1. Technical(Difficult): The interviewer started from the very scratch of .net and c# and slowly he increased the level of difficulty. My interview went on majorly three topics; C#, Entity Framework and WPF. It took around 1.30 to 2 hours for this single round only, but the interviewer was very helpful, for every question he was telling me the answers also, discussing the problem also.
2. Managerial: Majorly focussed on your current company and projects. He asked the complete architecture of my current project and my role in that.
3. HR: Discussion on my background, why we hire you, why you want to join snap on, why you want to switch, what are your expectations etc,
I neglected the offer because they were not giving me the offer I was expecting.
