Snap On Optics interview questions

I was given a call by Ray the owner after sending him an email in response to his ad on Craigslist. I met with Ray at the office and we had simple conversation about previous work history. He explained what the job entailed and then had me go through the process of gluing products together. I was told that there were other applicants to interview but I would receive a call soon. I was hired the following day.
