Question 1
What would you change on our product in order to attract more people?
The process has four steps. It has an application, a recruiter screen/ a technical screen, and final interviews. Each step checks your skills, fit, and interest before moving you to the next stage.
The process was two interviews. It started off being behavioral and asking about my background and projects I've worked on and then moved onto the technical coding portion of the interview. They provided with hints at times which made it kinda easier. The interview lasted around 45 minutes, and at the end they provide you with time to ask questions about the work place.
