yes, i was given two rounds of phone interviews and then the followed onsite interview, till this everything is awesome, but after the onsite interview, i was told that i still gonna have another interview, which is with manager and they said they did not covered enough coding during the onsite interview as they gave many design questions. this is not my fault and that is your fault to misarrange these interviews, and i was told that before this everyone gave me a yes, and even the status showed on the referral program and even I received a call from hr said I got the offer, but later on they changed it and said I must taken the last round of coding. So i took the last round with the manager, and I think I gave a correct solution for the coding question, and after three days, I got a rejection. when i asked if it is possible to add an additional coding part, because i already got "yes" for every regular round before and this is unfair to me for just rejecting me for the very last round (which is also added because of their mistakes). in this I think if I was given a "no" for this round, it must be neutralized by any one of those "yes" rounds before and give me an additional round. this gave me a very bad impression and yes, in my opinion, the playing field here has never been even, especially for us international students. you can not imagine what we are willing to sacrifice and go through to get a job/succeed, you do not have any empathy for interviewers like me.
