Snap Fitness Club Manager interview questions

I was the assistant and was asked to be the Club manager. I wasn't interviewed (nor was I trained). After I was hired, an assistant was not hired to take my place, which meant that I was the only employee running the club for over a year.

Interviewed first with the existing club manager then had follow-up interview with the owners. we reviewed my resume. Asked about why I was wanting to leave my current position. There were many situation based questions.
