hiring process includes initial resume shortlisting which mostly done on academic excellence.for freshers GPA is used to filter out the candidates.it is followed by a 2 interviews . one with the HR and the other one with the top management.if the interview with HR is good , then they the candidate will be asked to attend an interview with the MD .
