Quick progression from HR screening to hiring manager stage (within couple days). However, communication was stagnant afterwards and I did not hear anything back until a month later. The people I talked to were friendly, but I wished their hiring process was more proactive towards interviewees.

The interviewed me for an immediate hire position and stated they would give feedback and i would hear back. Messaged them a couple times then finally heard back after two months with yeah we didn't want to higher you and no feedback.

I was invited to an hour long screening process, which went pleasantly well. I was then asked to do an assignment. After submission, I was told someone would contact me for the next steps. That never happened. I followed up with HR but then was ghosted.
