Pretty simple questions about yourself, if you’re in education. They alap asked how you’d respond to situations that could happen in store (such as unhappy customers). Interview was quite low-key and relaxed, didn’t feel pressured.

Question 1
How would you react to an aggressive customer at your till?
Short phone interview followed by a group stage. At the group stage we played an icebreaker bingo, did a short maths test, and built lego in teams. If you pass this stage you go onto a face to face interview stage.
Standard process of filling out some questions online followed by an in person interview in the store with the manager. Overall a good process but some of the questions asked seem to be looking for a very specific answer
