Within a day of applying, I was contacted on a Sunday. Smuggr let me know they're interested in scheduling a call, but when I gave them my availability, they actually gave me a second application for the wrong position, asked me to disregard the e-mail, and sent me the appropriate application. The second application asked unconventional questions, and some of the answers I could choose were limited. For example, I was asked if I would be open to working on the weekends, and my only options were "Never!" and answers off that sort.
