I applied online. I interviewed at Smoothstack in Dec 2023
Interview
One of the worst experience I have had. I would strongly not recommend applying here. Wasted a couple of days of my life for little reason.
Made me go through a coding assessment(which to be fair it's pretty easy if you have done some leetcode, just make sure you are up to date with bash and sql), in which I passed, and then attend a 30 min seminar, all for them to reject me at the end. What's the point in making someone join a web seminar and reject them after attending? All they wanted from the web seminar is to answer if you are willing to relocate and also if the job still sounds fine to you(in which I answered yes to both).
