Smokey Point Behavioral Hospital interview questions

Quick, Main interview took place over the phone with option to complete in person and ability to tour the facility is desired. Interviewer had my resume with experience and after making the decision to hire told me someone from HR would reach out to me with an official offer. HR reached out the next day.

The interview process was quick and did not feel very formal. I was concerned that the interviewer mentioned there were many positions available to fill, as this might mean high turnover. The interviewer said they would be in contact by the end of the week as they “don’t like to leave loose ends”, but never heard anything back.
