Phone interview and then face to face interview if you are successful. The phone interview is not too hard, very generic. Face to face interview with their HR and possibly department manager.

i eamiled them my cv and then the HR reached out to me and offered me an interview. Not hard questions just general questions about the customer service. They asked me about my previous job backgrounds and relatability of this role.
