Over the phone interview due to me living in another state. He asked me all different types of STAR questions and why I wanted to work here etc.. Then they made me do a Drug test and Background Check. Some people had to take a machinist test. I was never required to take it though.

Dealing with addeco is the worst part once you get through them all you have to do is pass 3 Machinist test. 1 covering quality, 1 covering CNC knowledge and finally 1 covering machine process identification on parts.
