I applied in-person. I interviewed at Smile Fundraising (Leicester, England)
Interview
It was a very short interview, basically to test your presenting skills. I have no idea why I was rejected, when I emailed them asking why I was rejected, they did not reply.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked what motivated me for the job and then they gave a paper and wanted us to pick questions from the paper to answer.
I interviewed at Smile Fundraising (Birmingham, England)
Interview
The interview was a conversation and setting of expectations around the role. Very informal and candid around pay, working hours, travel and what it takes to be successful. After the interview I was told I would find out about getting the role via phone call, which I received within a couple of days of accepting the role.
While the role was tough with high expectations - this was communicated properly throughout.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Smile Fundraising (Leicester, England) in Oct 2024
Interview
Roughly two to two and a half hours long at their office. There was around 15 of us and we first listened to senior staff explain the company and the job role. Then we took part in role play - approaching potential new donors and practicing a pitch from a script. Then some were selected to be hired.
