A series of 1 to 1 zoom calls, spaced over a number of hours, over a number of days.
Every interviewer was friendly, relaxed and professional - really nice people.
The format seemed somewhat disconnected and unguided. While it was obvious most of the individuals had read and referred to my CV, it seemed like I was being asked the same questions 3 or 4 times. In addition, other than the manager I spoke to, I didn't feel challenged and didn't learn much about the role or the company. Some of the interviewers were clearly inexperienced at recruiting or interviewing. For example, looping back seemingly trying to get a specific one word answer to a closed question, to check agreement.
Ultimately, it seemed like the approach was something akin to a check of whether the individual candidate would get on personally with a cross section of existing staff. For me, in the end, the process was a net negative, because after 3+ hours of conversations, and despite explicitly asking, I got no substantive feedback.
