Recruiter contacted me 4 weeks after my initial application to set up a phone screen. Had the phone screen, then she outlined next steps as at least 6 more interviews (hiring manager, 3 team members, 2+ non-team members) with no code test. At the time of the 2nd interview with the hiring manager, I waited in the Google meet for 15 minutes but no one else joined. I then emailed the recruiter who apologized and said the manager was triple booked, she then rescheduled for the next day. The next day, about an hour before the interview, the recruiter emailed me to say there had been a "small reorg" and the manager I was scheduled to speak with was no longer the manager of that position. She then said I'd hear from the new manager to reschedule again and that didn't happen.
