I applied online an Smart Sheet reached out two weeks later to set up a phone screen. They used youcanbook.me, which let me easily pick a time that worked best for both of us.
On the phone screen we talked a bit about the position, but more about the company (its growth & culture), my salary requirements, and where I'd be located. The position wasn't posted as remote, but the interviewer said that they were definitely open to the idea, and would just talk about how often I'd need to get over to Bellevue in the future.
All in all short, pleasant, and professional.
SmartSheet decided to hire someone internally, but sent a nice and complimentary note letting me know they'd like to hear more about me for another position if something else caught my eye.
