Very well organzied interview.. Total 3 rounds.. all questions from resume asked and tested our support and product knowledge with previous companies. Interview went great in all rounds and happy to be part of Smartlead.

Medium level questions but after saying you'll have interview for next round but didn't happen so it was not a good experience I think at least they should reject instead of not replying

Tell me about yourself and why do you want to work here
They gave a case study which is exactly what they were facing at the time of the interview, after submission of the case study and multiple rounds of explanation, I was told my technical skills were lacking and they already had a customer support head for a 14 member team and they wanted another customer support head, rest became clear why they wanted to give that use case!
