The interview process consists of one initial interview followed by a roundtable interview with the head of the department, where I was further assessed on my qualifications, experience, communication skills, and overall fit for the role and organization.
Smarter Good is very engaging and accommodating. The interview went on smoothly and was very informative. I learned more about what they do and allowed me to share my personal experiences as well. I would say that overall they are very welcoming and friendly.
It was a lenghty process, but all are necessary for the processes for recruitment and, it gives intro to the job itself and the company's values. Everything was so smooth and each stage of recruitment was so insightful.
