interview was by phone most were questions on CISCO and FUJITSU hardware and software,I got a lot on DWDM fiber optic technology and IEEE 802.11,n,g wireless. more should have been asked on the OC/optical carrier side the 1000 Base lx/sx is going to "blow-up" soon. I see a lot of CISCO people who don't know the math and electromagnetics.

The interview process was pretty straight forward. The recruiter asked my qualifications and familiarity with tools and IT equipment. The next round of questions were about how far I would be willing to travel due to this being mostly an freelance contract.
