1st Round -> Aptitude -Diagrammatic/logical.
Need to clear this round,Otherwise will be asked to leave.Mandatory for the experienced guys as well.
2nd Round -> Technical - would be taken up by the developer as there is no QA team.Yet to be set up.
3rd Round-> HR director - Casual talk about the experience.
4th Round -> CEO - Again Casual talk.CEO would be depending on the technical guy's feedback.Here i was made to wait for 1 hour to meet the CEO.
5th Round -> Reference check - Need to provide the contact number of any of your colleague.They will contact them and ask about your strengths/weaknesses.
6th Round -> Salary discussion - They are not ready to pay as per market standards.May be Salary pay is low.
They never came back after discussing about the salary expectation.(Waited for 1 week to hear from them)
After a long process of interview- I ended up with no OFFER,waste of time,loss of Leaves as they would ask you to attend interview on weekdays.
I would Recommend HR team - Current salary of the employee would give an idea of expectation.Based on that invite a person for the interview.That would save hie/her time.
