Smart Tribune interview questions

J'ai entamé le processus d'entretien avec Sahar, la recruteuse en RH, où elle m'a posé des questions contemporaines sur mes expériences et ma gestion d'équipe. Après avoir réussi un test technique axé sur la création d'un chatbot avec Kotlin, j'ai ensuite participé à des entretiens approfondis en ligne avec le tech lead, le manager et le CEO, explorant divers aspects techniques et comportementaux. L'entretien final en face à face à Marseille avec le manager et le CEO a renforcé ma compréhension de la stack technologique et mes compétences en gestion. Ce processus s'est conclu avec succès par une offre de poste, illustrant l'engagement de Smart Tribune envers le recrutement de talents qualifiés.

Applying to Smart Tribune has been a fantastic experience. After a quick call with Sahar (HR) - whom I want to thank for her support throughout the process - I had discussions with seven different people from various teams (never more than two at once). It was a great way for me to ensure Smart Tribune was the right fit, and vice versa. All the conversations were interesting and helped me understand the company's current challenges better. I also had to tackle a business case, which was a good exercise and gave me insight into potential future scenarios in the job. One possible improvement could be shortening the overall process, but that might mean meeting fewer people. Now, I can't wait to start this new journey!
