Smart Training Resources interview questions

Such a disappointing interview like filling with unwanted questions and they expect to do more works within some time if it is possible for us ?? Overall they keep one employee I think that person newly joined there who can't able to know how to guide others if thee kind of employees is suitable for one placement company ??? What my advice is Better they should keep part time job for office works may be take this company to smooth. Also they should select some employees who are fit for to guide others
