I read previous glassdoor reviews and wish I would have listened. I had 4 interviews, which is clearly time-consuming. For the fourth, they asked for examples of my work to be emailed and presented, as well as building a strategy to share via email and present. After all of this time and energy spent, not a single person nor the recruiter had the decency to follow up with me despite my multiple inquiries. Not even as much as a thank you or an update on my candidacy, it was completely unprofessional. Assuming this reflects their workplace culture philosophy and treatment of employees, I would avoid at all costs... and insist on an NDA signed and/or heavily redact your work before sharing. For being an organization dedicated to the residents of Columbus and priding themselves on "connecting", they seem to have forgotten the basics of how to be human.

Question 1
They asked me to build and present a strategy plan and share actual examples of my work. They asked for it sent via email. Then ghosting me after four interviews despite following up. Warning to future candidates: I would make them sign an NDA/or redact heavily before interviewing and sharing work.
5 round interview process: 1st - initial screen 2nd - meeting with Executive Director & HR 3rd - meeting with senior team members 4th - meeting with local govt partners 5th - verbal offer No homework assignment but very involved and time consuming process overall. Lots of inconsistencies in terms of information offered about organizational policy throughout and no clarification even when requested. Salary expectations were solicited multiple times but then the final offer was ~15% below that amount anyway.
