t usually begins with an initial screening, often a phone call with a recruiter, to discuss your qualifications and interest in the position. If you move forward, you might have one or more rounds of interviews with the hiring manager and other team members. These interviews could be in person, over video call, or a combination. The content of these interviews can range from behavioral questions about your past experiences to technical questions or even a practical assessment or case study.

Question 1
Tell me about why you are leaving your current role?
One of the best technical interviews in my career. Before our meeting I had to do a technical task to plan some architecture and explain why. On the meeting we discussed our views on current tech and shared point of view on work culture. Basically it was a check if we have a match on both sides. This is how a perfect interview should look like for a DevOps Engineer in my opinion.
